Times are tough all around. But Pratt and Pratt have your back!  Use some of that money for your nostalgic trade in at the pawn shop to buy yourself the necessities of life (and ice cream!) at the corner store.   Or stop by Floyd's and grab some ramen and a game of pachinko.  A little entertainment and good food to make it through the dreary nights ahead is just what you need while the world is ending.

recommended:  if you want the ice cream stand you will need to download it here.  (this is possibly one of my all time favorite mods since I firmly believe that all drug stores should have an ice cream fountain).  Also you might be interested in trying this mod to make the noodle stand only sell noodles.  Also do not expect the signs to match, they're from at least three different countries.

quiet town neighborhoods need a little spot of busyness and the Rose Turtle is just the place.   Whether you're looking for a relaxed night out with friends and some karaoke or a place to get an ice cream cone and do some shopping, Rose Turtle is where you belong.  Swing by, enjoy a bowl of ramen and see what the RT has for you!

recommended: you will need this mod to get the ice cream stand to work

every little town needs a bakery run by sweet smiling grandmothers, tucked away back in the quiet woods - or the diesel coated neon streets.  Somewhere that a body can get away from it all, where the air smells like chocolate and - vodka?  Some place where everyone knows your name.  But remember, grannies in the old fairy tales weren't always kind and sweet.  You'd better hope that these don't know your name because you owe them money.  Aunt Flo runs this bakery - and she's not the forgiving type.

known issues: you will need to use 'moveobjects on' to move the bar tender the game assigns into the casino.  Or just replace the 'secret' bookcase door with a regular one.  I intentionally did not use the storage and display racks from the bakery set but the ones I did use can easily be replace with that set if you prefer.

recommended: this mod for the glass room in the basement!

with plenty of room to sprawl out and an earthy eco-friendly atmosphere, this ‘cabin’ in the woods is the perfect place for a growing family or the single sim that just needs room to breathe.  2 bed/3 bath.  Nectar basement and green house included.  It’s -

known issues: head's up!  This is a BIG file!  I packed this house with cc and patterns.  You might want to consider going through with custard and picking what you want to upload to your game.  Otherwise just make sure your game doesn't mind the load size.
