I went off in a different direction with this one but it's been a while and I needed to get my house building mojo back. So - entirely unrelated to FFVII - I give you:

this tea house does have cc. If you do not have the EPs I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my Nibelheim houses through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use the house somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

Galadrielh (the wine in the wine racks. I was using their utterly beautiful Lilliebror when I built the tea house and stole the wine from their western theme bar for it)
recommendations: you will need to download the exterior walls and flooring here at Latoya sims. They're in package form so they probably won't translate with my simspak. Besides, they're all hella cool so why wouldn't you want them for your game anyway?
