let's face it. We all had our GaiaOnline days (maybe we still do). And aside from cute avatars it had some pretty cute housing too! So welcome to Durem Depot. Pick a place or just enjoy a latte and watch the dragonflies go by. With just a little bit of gil you can make this house your home.

If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them. I did use items from the EA store. The game will replace it with something else if you don't have that set.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use the Lofty Lofts somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

recommended: I really admire people that can make beautiful EA houses without any cc and this was my attempt. But the flowerpots and such are terrible. I highly recommend going over to Around the Sims 3 and picking up some really pretty plants (go here). The fronts of the apartments look 100 times better with Sandy's flowers.
