Every city needs its corner convenience store for all things necessary. Like onigiri, manga, energy drinks and overpriced toothbrushes for the absent minded traveler. Well, look no further, all your easily remedied needs are met at:

this lot does have cc. If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use the market somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

recommendations: I didn't stock the shelves of this shop simply because I wanted to keep the file small. I'd recommend ATS3 and moi's conversions for stocking the shop with all your foodie needs but really simply searching 'sims 3 Japanese food' turns up an amazing amount of goodies from everywhere. Also can someone come up with one of those counter top food displays for hot wings, small pizza and dumplings? (and while I'm making wishes, how about some Japanese vending style machines for Sims3?) (ps I am supremely disappointed with myself that I couldn't figure out how to get the green white and blue top sign)
