My town needs an elixir shop and until I actually get off my butt and make a pretty oriental one out in the woods - well, we're still apparently going with 'seedy' as the theme for my city. This isn't a pretty elixir shop. It's not even the kind of elixir shop you want others to see you at. This is the elixir shop that's for selling lost hope in a bottle and buying bitter dreams and for sneaking into after night's fallen to hide your arrival. When all else has already failed you and you're willing to deal with the Devil, go to:

this lot does not have cc. If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use my buildings somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of my lots. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

known issues: you have to manually tell your sim to 'go here' to get them near the frog pond for fishing and then hit the 'fish here' option. Just going straight to 'fish here' and expecting them to walk to the pond on their own just causes foot stomping and inaction. No idea why but the pond is fishable.
