This lot comes in TWO versions. You can get the one with the convenience store on the bottom floor with the FamilyMart one or the Chinese take out on the bottom floor with the PandaChow. Or both, if you're like me and are filling up a street. If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them. I did use items from the EA store. The game will replace it with something else if you don't have that set.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use New Heights somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

EA store - Savvy Seller register and Chun Co. Teppanyaki Grill (optional)
recommendations: I put the Savvy Seller registers in the FamilyMart just to look good but if you changed out the shelves and added the Savvy Seller rugs your Sim just might be able to sell some of the items since people are coming and going from the lot all the time.
known issues: there IS a ladder at the bottom of the fire-escapes. I have no idea why it doesn't show up. Enjoy watching your Sim be spider-man. Also not responsible for the simsanity that sometimes makes two sims standing in the apartment decide they need to go downstairs to the store to have a conversation.
