some traditions in the Old West live on long after their hay day and Doctor Clocks Spirits and Elixirs Traveling Emporium is one of them.  This ancient steampunk engine can still be found chugging along through the desolate parts of the Old West, selling snake oil and dreams in a bottle to small towns and forgotten outposts.  Works as either an alchemy shop or small residence.  Doctor Clocks Spirits and Elixirs Traveling Emporium is a legend that refuses to die.  Come buy, come buy!

this lot does have cc.  If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them.  I did use items from the EA store.  The game will replace it with something else if you don't have that set.

always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).

obviously give me credit if you use DCSaETE somewhere.  Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses.  Tell me about your sims moseying!  That's what I'm building this thing for.

EA store - Regale Living Bathroom washstand

recommendations: you need to download the water wheel by Hekate999 here and the Native American tent by Sil Fantasy here since they're both in package form.  Luna Sima Lulamai's giant clock window can be found here. (mediafire dropped their files for some reason and they've been MIA and haven't replaced them afaik so this is a temp upload of the clock until they come back).  The steam engine is currently set as a residence but clear the suspicious looking 'tea' off the outdoor counter and put in the elixir shop register and you're good to go for an alchemy consignment shop.

known issues:  outdoor consignment shops don't stay open when the weather gets cold so however you want to swing that.

no lost town in the middle of the desert would be complete with out a tiny forgotten diner where the dark suits in sunglasses can get their pie and the hopeful starlets on their way to a better life can stop their convertibles for a cold Coke and a lipstick reapply.  So -

somewhere in the world there's a long stretch of road running through a forever seeming desert, where the sun filters like water on the sand and the road is all but liquid asphalt.  That's where you'll find the Retro-Rocket Diner.  Maybe it got lost in time - or maybe you did.  But pull over and come inside anyway.  It serves the best strawberry pie this side of the 70s.

EA store - Business as Usual Bistro oven, I Heart the 50 chair and deep fryer

recommendations: you need to download the cigarette machine by cloudwalkersims here since it's a package.  Download arsil's ice cream mod here if you want to use the ice cream stand (take out the ATS3 ice cream stand using custard if you don't want to install arsil's mod).  You also need to set out the menus yourself.  I personally set my menus to sell entirely pies.  This IS a diner after all.

known issues:  I honestly don't know if using the ice cream stand without arsil's mod will cause game problems or just give you a decorative looking unusuable stand.  So to be on the safe side, I recommend installing the diner with either both or neither.
