I - don't really have any clever way to introduce this one. I'm having a lovely time with a brother and sister team in the utterly empty world (I skipped downloading the buildings as cute as they are) of Mayumachi and considering they live in a tent in an empty lot I needed a nice place they could go and get inside when it started to get cold. So I ended up with this utterly adorable little shopping plaza on 1 Sakura Blvd. It turned out cute enough that I thought it was worth sharing and they've been having a great time at it since I put it in. So - where do you head on a rainy fall day when you want a nice cuppa and a good book to cuddle up and read? When tempura is on your menu and you want a place to eat and relax? Or when you just need to buy a couple of basic necessities for your campground home? Grab your bike and head to:

this lot does not have cc. If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them. I did use items from the EA store. The game will replace it with something else if you don't have that set.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use my buildings somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of my lots. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.
