after getting carried away with cc-less buildings, I went nuts and got all that pent up need out of my system with this one. In the city where space is at a premium, not even an old gas station can be left empty. Just the right size for a few rebel sims or simply one very eccentric one, Nota is the perfect place to start. Or end. Not every ladder in the big city leads upward after all.

this lot does have cc (LOTS of cc). If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use Nota somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

recommendations: you'll need to download the upright piano here if you want it to show up in your game. And there is an AMAZING motorcycle here (you need Fast Lane to have it work properly).
known issues: may have to use 'move objects' to get the umbrellas in the garden for your sims' inventory (did on the first trial, not on the second). If you want the third stool open at the counter for eating, you'll need to clear away the dish and Coke that are currently taking up one of the slots (your sims will still wander outside to eat at the picnic table in the rain for no reason from time to time but there's nothing I can do for simspired stupidity)
