Japanese starter apartment

so winter was coming on for my homeless duo and it was either have them continue to bum heat from the shopping complexes and sleep at the internet cafe (coming soon!) or get them a place of their own where I wouldn't have to regularly thaw them out with a hair dryer.

Super cheap, super basic japanese style apartments here we came!  I can't claim the idea for the floor plan though, I just found it here and slapped the rest together.  Basically this is for my own use but I thought, 'hey, who knows?  Maybe someone else wants a struggling in Tokyo claustrophobic feeling place to live' so I figured I'd share.

this lot does not have cc.  If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them.

always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).

obviously give me credit if you use my buildings somewhere.  Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of my lots.  Tell me about your sims moseying!  That's what I'm building this thing for.

list of cc sources:

none.  This lot is cc free

EA store - none

recommendations:  If you want the apartment mail box and trash chute you can download them here.  If you want to edit anything in the apartment, the tutorial I used is here.  You can find the kotatsu here, the seating cushions here.  The futons are by sugilog and I could only find the double bed version here

known issues: none that I'm aware of atm.  Make sure the lot uploads as a regular residential.  If it comes up as an apartment, change it.  otherwise you end up with all kinds of strange sims being added to your household.
