little eco house on the prairie
I've recently moved into a Sims3 version of Strangetown. It's desolate and empty and just right for Things That Might Not Fit Elsewhere.
just the place for all your eco-friendly sims and modern day not quite willing to commit part-time hippies. Relax in your own private eden in the middle of the desert and know that it's also helping the environment. Going green has never been so stylish (or tasty!).

this lot does have cc. If you do not have the EPs and worlds I used, some of the items may not carry over in the download and the game will automatically replace them. I did use items from the EA store. The game will replace it with something else if you don't have that set.
always back up your saves before installing something new and, personally, I also run Sims3Packs through Delphy's custard (I check my lots through it to test them before I put them up for download as well).
obviously give me credit if you use my little eco house somewhere. Really though what I crave are pictures or stories or tales of adventure if you do use any of these houses. Tell me about your sims moseying! That's what I'm building this thing for.

EA store - Brunch at the Old Mill, Bohemian Garden, Once Upon A Time Cottage
known issues: you need to lock the door sets behind the stairs and in the lavender garden. Simply click on them, lock, and everyone. This will stop your sims from trying to use them and ending up stuck in the cactus. Only the wooden chairs work if you want to drink tea, though the sims will sit on the others to read. Deer (and I'm assuming zombies) CAN get up the incline to eat your outdoor plants (but it looks pretty so I'm willing to make that sacrifice). Sims get the 'undecorated' little icon when they're in the greenhouse part because the floor is dirt (but it looks better that way so they can just deal).
