come for the tea and zen, stay for the half clad martial artists and the pachinko. When you’re not sure if you want to let it go or let it ride, Carpe Teaum is the place you want to go. Downstairs you can try your luck at the Lucky Rabbit Casino or you can earn your belt one floor above at the Do It Dojo. Afterward, relax with some fresh matcha in the tea room or upstairs in the zen garden where you can rake your troubles away if the caffeine burst hits you a little too hard.

a run down cyber-punk mall

Change Get Apartments and Mall You knew you needed a cyberpunk shopping center for your world and now you have it! Granted, its a bit run down and half of the shops are shut down and abandoned but if you’re looking to buy an illegal potion or eat some unrecognizable food than the red lit Upstairs is the place to go. Need a place to ~~hide~~ stay for a while? Change Get also offers reasonable apartments if you don’t mind the neon and the noise. Just don’t go TopSide. No one comes back from TopSide that goes there without an invitation. At least not in one piece.

Times are tough all around. But Pratt and Pratt have your back! Use some of that money for your nostalgic trade in at the pawn shop to buy yourself the necessities of life (and ice cream!) at the corner store. recommended: if you want the ice cream stand you will need to download it here. (this is possibly one of my all time favorite mods since I firmly believe that all drug stores should have an ice cream fountain). Also you might be interested in trying this mod to make the noodle stand only sell noodles. Also do not expect the signs to match, they're from at least three different countries.

recommended: if you want to throw in a viking ship and some other items I highly recommended Sil Fantasy. Actually I highly recommend their things for a whole lot of hard to find fantasy and cinema cc.

known issues: none. You'll want to put in a real fridge instead of the mini if you want to do any cooking. Bathroom included just not pictured because its very small.

every little town needs a bakery run by sweet smiling grandmothers, tucked away back in the quiet woods - or the diesel coated neon streets. Somewhere that a body can get away from it all, where the air smells like chocolate and - vodka? Some place where everyone knows your name. But remember, grannies in the old fairy tales weren't always kind and sweet. You'd better hope that these don't know your name because you owe them money. Aunt Flo runs this bakery - and she's not the forgiving type.

But some people remember when the Hollywood lights were glamorous starlight and movies came with piano accompaniment. Back to a more elegant time, a more opulent time. All right. So I started out making starter houses for Aelview. Buuut they didn't end up being very cheap. I don't know what it is about that world but it's certainly rarefied because everything I build for it seems to come out upper class. So -

This is the perfect 'starter' house for a growing family in an affluent neighborhood with tight zoning laws. 2 bed/2 bath and perfect to move right in to. For every family that's ever dreamed of country living without having to actually move to the country.

EA store - Savvy Seller register and Chun Co. Teppanyaki Grill (optional)

recommendations: I put the Savvy Seller registers in the FamilyMart just to look good but if you changed out the shelves and added the Savvy Seller rugs your Sim just might be able to sell some of the items since people are coming and going from the lot all the time.

known issues: there IS a ladder at the bottom of the fire-escapes. I have no idea why it doesn't show up. Enjoy watching your Sim be spider-man. Also not responsible for the simsanity that sometimes makes two sims standing in the apartment decide they need to go downstairs to the store to have a conversation.

Green Dragon Pub and Bistro

The Green Dragon started off as a little hole-in-the-wall basement pub built under an office complex but times have changed since then and the neighborhood, once working class and running on hard times, has experienced an upturn. Presently located in a trendy part of town where the rising stars of business and media like to brunch or catch a light dinner, the Green Dragon is now sporting an upscale bistro that offers the latest in mixed juice and light Greek dishes. Those office buildings have mostly been cleared away too for a modern new dance studio where the hippest sims can go for everything from ballroom and romba dancing to professional ballet for themselves and their tikes. That little hole-in-the-wall pub though? It's still there. Tucked away in the basement where a sim can still get a dark brew and some old fashioned ambiance.

known issues: You'll need to place the menus yourself. some of Alelore's pieces don't seem to be transferring with their stencil intact for everyone (you just get uncolored tables otherwise). The bistro just isn't the same without it though. So if you need them - the large round table is found here. Long table found here. I had the same problem with her wall paper so I replaced it in the download but if you want the originals as seen in the pictures: Viney wall paper found in pictures here. and I just want to add this very interesting tidbit from Tor: From the mid-17th century through the 1920s Chinese novels translated into Mongolian were in huge demand in Mongolia, and there was a flourishing trade in them. But the problem for the Mongolian bookbuyers and booksellers was not only the bidding wars which would break out with Russian, Mongolian, and Chinese buyers, but that getting the manuscripts back to Mongolia to sell was difficult because of the very real chance that those transporting the books would be attacked on the way back by bandits wanting to get the manuscripts and sell them for themselves. This resulted in decades of adventurous Mongolian book traders as skilled with sword and gun as they were at selling books.

EA store - Gondola of the Sinking City (other minor items used but this is the only necessary one)

recommendations: I did not decorate the interior of the castle. You can reach all the floors but it's up to you to decorate as you like.

known issues: the gondola are messed up. They can go back and forth but apparently can't turn corners. It's a bit of an inconvenience but there's access on foot to all points on the grid. If it's too much I'd advise simply removing them and putting waterways and some appropriate fish in.
